It is a leadership journey rooted in cultural authenticity\, representation\, and community impact.\n\n\nProgram Overview\n\nEl Camino is designed to equip emerging Latino leaders with the skills\, confidence\, and strategic insight necessary to step into decision-making spaces with purpose and authenticity.
