DESCRIPTION:The Latino Leaders Round Table (LLRT) is a collaborative effort between the Napa County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the LLRT aims to cultivate a more inclusive community by regularly convening influential leaders from various backgrounds. Our mission is to bring together leaders from Latinx and non-Latinx communities\, such as politicians\, educators\,\n\ngovernment officials\, healthcare institutions\, nonprofit organizations\, and the business community. We seek to work cooperatively to encourage diversity\, inclusivity\, and active participation within the Latinx community. We aim to improve a better understanding of\n\nthis dynamic community's distinct needs and obstacles while at the same time promoting the richness of the Latinx culture. Together\, we pledge to make a positive impact by actively participating in and supporting initiatives that aim to improve the well-being and prosperity of our Latinx community.
