Latino Leader Roundtable July 2026

The Latino Leaders Round Table (LLRT) is a collaborative effort between the Napa County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the LLRT aim to cultivate a more inclusive community by regularly convening influential leaders from various backgrounds. Our mission is to bring together leaders from Latinx and non-Latinx communities, such as politicians, educators, government officials, healthcare institutions, nonprofit organizations, and the business community. We seek to work cooperatively to encourage diversity, inclusivity, and active participation within the Latinx community. We aim to improve a better understanding of this dynamic community's distinct needs and obstacles while at the same time promoting the richness of the Latinx culture. Together, we pledge to make a positive impact by actively participating in and supporting initiatives that aim to improve the well-being and prosperity of our Latinx community.

Join the Latino Leaders Round Table for an important conversation bringing together healthcare leaders from across Napa Valley to discuss healthcare access, equity, inclusion, and community well-being, with a focus on the Latino experience and its impact on the health of our entire region.

As federal and state policy changes continue to reshape healthcare coverage and eligibility, many Latino families in Napa County face growing concerns related to affordability, language access, mental health services, continuity of care, workforce stability, and trust in the systems meant to serve them. Because Latinos make up a significant part of Napa Valley’s workforce, economy, and community fabric, these challenges affect all of us.

This conversation will move beyond awareness and focus on practical collaboration, exploring how local institutions, healthcare providers, educators, employers, nonprofits, and community leaders can work together to strengthen access, trust, and long-term community health.
