Lunch & Learn: How To ADU with Ryan O'Connell May 2023

NCHCC Lunchtime event to learn about a topic that can support your business or personal life, while living in our community. 
It's no secret, California is suffering from a housing shortage. One of the solutions being proposed and supported in the legislature at the state level, and within many counties is ADU's or "Accessory Dwelling Units", to some they're known as 'granny units'.


Most homeowners need one of these three things:
help to find a builder, help with financing, and help knowing where to start…

Ryan O'Connell has spent the last 3+ years doing his due diligence to bring the general homeowner the information they need to overcome the intimidating issues around navigating the process, the government agencies, the contractors, the financing, ALL that comes up in moving forward.
He'll be presenting at our May 'Lunch & Learn' we are having at our host Napa Valley Bistro, for those looking to pursue this path. There will be Q&A, after the presentation.
Because we are using the space of a restaurant before their lunch hours, we appreciate all attendees coming promptly at 11AM, so we can get started and free the restaurant seats for their day's guests when they open for lunch.
