We are seeking a Bilingual Insurance Client Support Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing energetic, and delightful assistance in managing any requests they have on their insurance accounts with our company. We are looking for someone who makes sure that they work hard to keep our clients happy and with our company. (Don't Worry We Will Train You On Everything!)

Responsibilities:

Handle and delegate customer inquiries and service requests
Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns without assistance
Document and update customer records based on interactions with accuracy
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Salary: From $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
