Here is the updated version with the correct El Camino title and aligned messaging, refined to reflect your current program identity and voice:
The Latino Leaders Round Table, in partnership with the Napa County Hispanic Chamber Foundation, is proud to present El Camino Leadership Program — a powerful, immersive experience designed to prepare Latino professionals for meaningful roles in nonprofit boards, civic commissions, and community leadership across Napa County.
El Camino, meaning “The Path,” is more than a training. It is a leadership journey rooted in cultural authenticity, representation, and community impact.
El Camino is designed to equip emerging Latino leaders with the skills, confidence, and strategic insight necessary to step into decision-making spaces with purpose and authenticity. This two-day immersive experience strengthens leadership capacity while creating direct pathways into civic and nonprofit service.
